Service Bureau
Blueprint Housing Solutions transmits tenant data and voucher files to HUD on behalf of owners, agents and managers. We also monitor all reports available in HUD's EIV system, specific to your property's contract and households, and provide guidance on how to correct discrepancies. Our processors have expert knowledge of TRACS, PIC, EIV and 4350.3 Handbook, and can assist in navigating compliance with subsidy billing requirements. We have a reputation for providing a service-oriented approach and frequent and effective communication with staff.
Call Center
We field resident calls, congressional and government inquiries and general neighborhood and community concerns in a solution-centered environment. Our dedicated toll-free Call Center is staffed with knowledgeable, bilingual professionals whose sole purpose is to respond to and track these often challenging calls in a fast-paced, yet friendly and understanding manner.
Contract Renewals/Rent Adjustments
We prepare annual contract renewals and rent adjustment requests, and early contract terminations and long term renewal requests that are submitted as part of refinancing or acquisition processing. Specific actions include Mark-Up-To-Market; Mark-Up-To-Budget; Market-To-Market; Contract Combinations; Renewal Options 1-5; OCAF; Budget-based; AAF and Special. We also provide hourly consulting and training services on contract renewals and rent adjustment strategies.
